DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College baseball program and head coach Derek Woodley have announced that DC will host a fall prospect camp from noon until 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 16. The camp will be held on the campus of Defiance College at Craig A. Rutter Field.

The prospect camp is $40 for those who pre-register, or $45 for those who pay on the day of the event and is open to players who will be graduating from high school in 2012, 2013 or 2014 with the desire to play collegiate baseball.

The camp is designed to allow players to develop their skills and will be run similarly to a Defiance College practice, with instruction in all aspects of the game. Campers will also participate in a pro-style workout and will be evaluated in the areas of hitting, fielding and running.
