DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College football program has announced that it will be hosting a golf outing on May 9. The event will take place at the Auglaize Golf Club and will be open to anyone wanting to support Yellow Jacket football.

The outing will begin with registration at 12:00 pm, with the four-man scramble having a shotgun start at 1:00 pm. The action on the links will be followed by dinner at 5:30 pm and the day will wind down that evening with an alumni reception at Scotty’s Club 111 beginning at 6:30 pm.

Prices for the event will be $75 for friends of Defiance College football and $65 for alumni. A special rate will also be available for any members of the 2009 senior class who wish to participate.

Proceeds from the event will be used to support the DC program and those wanting to attend need to register by the April 20 deadline.
