DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College men’s basketball team will host Bluffton University on Wednesday night for a key Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference clash beginning at 8:00 pm. The game will follow the women’s game at 6:00 pm inside the Karl H. Weaner Community Center.
Defiance and Bluffton have matched up 187 times on the planks, with DC holding a 124-63 edge in the all-time series. The Jackets will look to avenge an early-season setback at Bluffton and pick up win number 125 in the rivalry on Wednesday. A victory would be Defiance’s fifth-straight win and would position the Jackets to punch their ticket into the HCAC Tournament with a triumph over Franklin on Saturday.
