DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College men’s cross country team earned wins against Olivet and Bluffton at the DC Duals. Senior Justin Perkins had the top overall time with a final time of 28:28.30.

Behind Perkins’ efforts, the Jackets beat Olivet 18-39 and Bluffton 17-44.

Junior Hayden Krick and sophomore Joe Davis rounded out the top three times at the event with times of 28:46.00 and 28:55.00, respectively. Sophomore Madison Murphy finished fifth at 29:50.00.

The Jackets will take to the trails next on September 17, when they travel to Penn State-Behrend.
