DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College softball team will be hosting a fall league available to all players between the grades of nine and 12. The league is set to begin in the month of September and run through the end of October. The league will be held at Sal Hench Field on the DC campus.

All sessions will be held on Sundays, with the first taking place on September 16. In the first session, players will take part in a skill development clinic between the times of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The first week of games will begin the following Sunday. The games will be played between the times of 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Each team will play a doubleheader every Sunday. A single elimination tournament will be held on the final Sunday of league play.

The league registration fee is $85, and this cost includes five doubleheaders, a tournament and a t-shirt. The players will be coached by members of the DC softball team. Please make checks payable to Defiance College Softball.
