DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College men’s and women’s basketball teams will be joining up with the NCAA to host the Take a Kid to the Game promotion on Saturday, Feb. 7th. DC will be hosting Anderson in a key conference doubleheader, with the women tipping at 1:00 pm and men set to follow at 3:00 pm.

The Take a Kid to the Game promotion is intended to create an opportunity for children to be able to experience a fun and exciting afternoon of college basketball. Children ages 12 and under will be admitted at no cost and parents with a child will receive admission half off the normal rate of $6.

Along with a fun afternoon of cheering for the Yellow Jackets on the hardwood, Joy’s Jems, a baton-twirling team, will be performing at halftime of the women’s game.
