MARIETTA, Ohio – There was nothing but zeros on the scoreboard for the DC women’s soccer match against the Westminister Titans as both teams were unable to muster in a goal over 110 minutes of play. With the tie, Defiance finished tied for first in the torunament. The Jackets record now moves to 1-1-2 with Westminister going to 2-2-1.

Both squads had their opportunities in the match as the teams produced 26 shots with 14 being on goal. The Yellow Jackets outshot the Titans 15-to-11 on the afternoon, however Westminister had the edge in corner kicks at 5-to-3.
