GOSHEN, Ind. –The Defiance College Lady Yellow Jackets dropped Monday's tennis match by a score of 9-0. The match was a non-conference road test.

DC was unable to pull out a match at any doubles or singles positions as the Maple Leafs were too good on the day. The loss drops the Jackets' record to 1-9 on the season, while they remain at 1-4 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play.

Defiance's next match is Wednesday, September 28 at 4:00 p.m. DC will host Anderson University, and the match and will be played on the newly renovated Dix Tennis Facility.
