DC Tennis and Volleyball to Host 'Pink Out' on Saturday

DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College athletics program will be hosting the second of three October 'Pink Out' events this Saturday, October 8, as the women's tennis team hosts Hanover at 10:00 am and the volleyball team welcomes MSJ at noon.

The event is designed to raise money and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. All proceeds will go towards the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation. All fans are encouraged to wear pink to the events as a sign of support for the cause. There will be raffled items and donations will also be accepted.

The third and final 'Pink Out' date will be on October 15, with the DC football team hosting Earlham at 1:30 pm at Justin F. Coressel Stadium.
