Defiance College men’s golf named 2024-25 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award recipient

NORMAN, Okla. - The Golf Coaches Association of America released its 2024-25 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award recipients on Tuesday with Defiance College being among a record-setting 292 schools. 

The men's golf team carried a 3.28 GPA through the 2024-25 academic year highlighted by a 3.39 during the spring semester. Defiance was among 14 NAIA programs and 17 Ohio college golf teams to earn this recognition of as an All-Academic Team with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
