Purple and Gold Classic All-Tournament Teams
DEFIANCE, Ohio – With the wrapping up of the Defiance Classic last week, the coaches voted on the All-Tournament teams and announced the winners for both the men’s and women’s events over the three days.
DEFIANCE, Ohio – With the wrapping up of the Defiance Classic last week, the coaches voted on the All-Tournament teams and announced the winners for both the men's and women's events over the three days.
On the men's side, Defiance College came out the winners with a 2-0 record, beating Rockford 3-0 on Friday and Sunday they topped Westminster 2-1 in a second half come from behind victory. Westminster beat Rockford 9-0 in the Saturday matchup.
The coaches voted on an All-Tournament team this week. The teams are as follows:
