FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Defiance College men’s track and field team featured three individual champions as the team sits at the top of the standings after the first day of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships.
GRANVILLE, Ohio – The Yellow Jacket men’s track and field team was victorious in only its second scored meet of the young season. DC competed at the Lid-Lifter Denison Invitational in Granville, Ohio on Saturday afternoon. Defiance totaled 158 points in its first place finish followed by Wittenberg (105), Denison (85) and Transylvania (53).
GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Defiance College men’s track and field team was voted third in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference preseason coaches’ poll for indoor track and field. The Yellow Jackets accrued 77 total points, one behind Franklin. DC also had five of its members placed on the athletes to watch list.
ANGOLA, Ind. – The Defiance College men’s track and field team got its indoor season underway on Saturday at the Trine Winter Invitational in Angola, Ind. Teams at the meet included Trine, Tiffin, Adrian and Defiance. The Jackets placed fourth overall.
