Women’s Soccer program cements 2025 schedule
DEFIANCE, Ohio – The upcoming Defiance College Women's Soccer season has taken shape with the release of the 2025 schedule, the DC Athletic Department announced on Wednesday.
The 31st season of varsity women's soccer at DC starts with the first of seven non-conference matches on Thursday, Aug. 21 as the Yellow Jackets host the Saint Francis Cougars. After DC opens with three straight home matches, they travel to Bluffton on Sept. 1 for the 34th all-time meeting between the rival schools. After renewing their series with Andrews on Sept. 8, the Yellow Jackets will have their first-ever meetings in women's soccer against Grace Christian and Kentucky Christian.

Quoting Head Coach Isabelle Danner
We're excited about the schedule we've put together for this fall. It features a strong mix of quality opponents that will challenge us and help us continue to grow as a program. We also have a great stretch of home games, which gives us a great opportunity to compete on our own field and build momentum. Each season is an opportunity to take another step forward, and I'm looking forward to seeing how this group continues to rise to the occasion.
