After a meeting in early October, Defiance once again made the trip to west-central Indiana, this time for the opening round of HCAC Tournament action. DELAWARE, Ohio - Deja vu strikes again as the Defiance College volleyball team sweeps their Saturday opponents in tournament action. The Yellow Jackets defeated Wilmington 3-1 (25-17, 25-23, 23-25, 25-12) at the Bishop Invitational before defeating the hosts Ohio Wesleyan 3-1 (28-30, 25-18, 25-17, 25-23).

This time at the Bishop Invitational hosted by Ohio Wesleyan, the Yellow Jackets took one game from the in-state foe before falling 3-1 (25-19, 25-15, 21-25, 25-13).
COLUMBUS, OHIO - A season opening split saw the Defiance College Yellow Jacket volleyball program fall to Otterbein before defeating Lawrence in the Pam Briggs Capital Classic Friday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets fell 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-12) in the opening contest before rebounding with a sweep of their own at 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-18).
