Instructions

1. Enter your Date Of Birth
2. Enter Defiance College in School/Organization
3. Under Student Category, select Student Athlete
4. Choose start date: August 1st of the current academic year

Note: Any lack of coverage means you also end your eligibility for athletic participation. Athletes should purchase coverage for the entire academic year.
