ANGOLA, Ind. – The DC baseball team won its second game in as many days on Wednesday afternoon, as the squad traveled to Trine University for a non-conference matchup against the Thunder. The Jackets prevailed over Trine with a narrow 5-4 victory.

The Jackets dug themselves into a 9-0 hole before a valiant comeback attempt fell short, as DC lost to the Ravens by a final of 9-6.

FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Yellow Jacket baseball team won game two of its doubleheader against Mitchell College in dramatic fashion on Tuesday afternoon, as freshman Ryan Kohlhofer lifted a one-out single over the left fielder’s head plating pinch runner Ryan McLaughlin in the bottom of the eighth inning to deliver the Yellow Jackets a 6-5 victory.
