Eric Hubbard
Bio

Veteran coach Eric Hubbard joins Defiance College as their new Linebackers Coach beginning with the 2023 season. Coach Hubbard joins the Yellow Jackets after serving in the same capacity at Division-II Michigan Tech in 2022. Hubbard spent the 2019-2021 seasons as the Linebackers Coach at Division-III St. Norbert College where his unit saw great success earning five All-Conference accolades. Prior to St. Norbert, Hubbard coached linebackers at McKendree University, also a Division III program. He also spent 2017 and 2018 at Northern Illinois University assisting with the linebacker position for the Huskies.

Hubbard is a native of Middleton, Wisc. and earned his bachelor's degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2012 prior to his master's in sport management at Northern Illinois in 2017.
