Defiance Men's Golf finalizes fall slate

DEFIANCE, Ohio – Defiance College men's golf has set the fall portion of its 2026-27 campaign, beginning with a home invite on the final two days of August, the athletic department announced on Tuesday.

The Yellow Jackets' seven-event fall schedule starts and ends with home tournaments, starting with a 54-hole, two-day tournament at Auglaize Golf Club on Aug. 30-31. DC closes out the fall slate as the host at Ironwood Golf Course in Wauseon on Oct. 18-19. 

Defiance will make its first of four trips to the state of Michigan at the Irish Hills Intercollegiate on Sept. 11-12. The Purple and Gold will then compete at the Delaware Country Club Shootout hosted by Indiana East, which will be a one-day event in Muncie, Ind. Defiance will also participate in single-day tournaments hosted by WHAC counterparts Lawrence Tech on Sept. 25 and Cornerstone on Oct. 12. The 54-hole WHAC Fall Preview will be held on Oct. 5-6.
