Zarembski Adds USTFCCCA Academic Honor
DEFIANCE, Ohio – The list of accolades for Brad Zarembski grew longer on Monday, as the high jump standout was named to the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association’s NCAA Division III All-Academic Track and Field Team.

Zarembski is one of 186 student-athletes representing 78 Division III institutions from around the nation to make up the 2009 All-Academic Team, which honors student-athletes for their academic and athletic achievements during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons.
To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track and Field Team, the individual must have compiled a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 and have met the NCAA Division III Indoor or Outdoor automatic or provisional qualifying standard in their respective event.
The honor from the USTFCCCA is the third for Zarembski in as many years, as he finished 11th at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor National Championships and turned in a sparkling 3.89 GPA. The award also marks the second national honor for Zarembski this season, as the Toledo, Ohio, native was recently named ESPN The Magazine Second-Team All-America.
