GREENWOOD, Ind. - Junior Sam Ervin (Bloomdale/Elmwood) and sophomore Ashley Lee (Millington, Mich.) claimed All-HCAC honors announced Wednesday afternoon by the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Ervin earned Honorable Mention honors, while Lee was named a member of the All-Sportmanship Team.
The junior played and started in 24 games for the Purple and Gold averaging 31.1 minutes per game. She averaged 12.8 points per game, leading the team in rebounds per contest (6.8) and finished tied for second in the HCAC in blocks (1.8). Ervin claimed her second All-HCAC honor after being named a member of the All-Freshman Team in 2015-16.
Lee played in 25 games, making 24 starts for the Yellow Jackets averaging 21.2 minutes per game. She finished the season averaging 4.8 points per contest, 1.1 assists, and 1.4 rebounds per game. The honor is the first of her career.
