Bowling gets back to action at Michigan Open
WATERFORD, Mich. – Defiance College's women's bowling team competed for the first time in nearly a month at the WHAC Michigan Open on Saturday. Held at 5-Star Lanes in Waterford, Mich., the Yellow Jackets finished 10th as a team with three bowlers.
Carlee Hohenbrink led Defiance during individual games with a 514 series and finished 33rd. Ashley Grymonprez had a strong tournament to finish 36th with her second three-game series over 500, closing with a 502. Gabby Fisher turned in her most consistent series of the season by clearing 115 in all three games for her highest three-game series of the season.
