DEFIANCE, OHIO -- The Defiance College Athletic Department announced its inaugural group of student-athletes to the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
GREENWOOD, IND – Defiance College women’s tennis players, Savannah Marquez and Bailey Marquez were recognized by the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference for their performance on the court in the 2014 season.
Franklin, IND. – The Defiance College women’s tennis team ended their season with a trip to Franklin, Ind. to face Franklin (Ind.) College and fell to the Grizzlies by a match score of 9-0.
DEFIANCE, OHIO – The Defiance College women’s tennis team hosted Indiana University East and netted their first win of the season by a match score of 7-2.

Terre Haute, IND. – The Defiance College women’s tennis team traveled to Terre Haute, Ind. to face Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Rose-Hulman (Ind.) Institute of Technology and dropped the match by an overall score of 9-0.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Defiance College women’s tennis team traveled to Lexington, Ky. to take on Transylvania (Ky.) University (2-1, 2-1 HCAC) in an HCAC match-up and fell to the Pioneers by a final score of 9-0.
N. MANCHESTER, IND. – The Defiance College women’s tennis team traveled to North Manchester, Ind. to take on Manchester (Ind.) University (2-1, 2-0 HCAC) in an HCAC match-up and fell to the Spartans by a final score of 9-0.
NEW CONCORD, OHIO – The Defiance College (0-2) women’s tennis team traveled to New Concord to take on Muskingum University (1-1) where they dropped the second match of the season by a match score of 7-2.
DEFIANCE, OHIO – The Defiance College (0-1) women’s tennis team opened up their 2014 season Saturday afternoon against Mount Saint Joseph (3-0). The Yellow Jackets were defeated by a match score of 7-2.
