CARMEL, Ind. - The league office announced on Monday afternoon that junior Morgan Porter (Defiance) and sophomore Delaney Monnin (Defiance/Tinora) earned top All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference honors to lead the way for the Defiance College volleyball team. Senior Jessi Davis (Delta) also earned all-conference accolades being named Honorable Mention.

ANN ARBOR, MICH. - The Defiance College volleyball team, coming off a 3-1 start to the season, took their momentum to Concordia University on Wednesday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets were defeated by the Cardinals 3-0 (25-14, 25-21, 25-20).

COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Defiance College Volleyball team carried Friday's momentum into Saturday at the Pam Briggs Capital Classic. The Yellow Jackets swept their competition with a 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-10) win over Capital and a 3-1 (25-16, 25-17, 23-25, 25-21) defeat of St. John Fisher.

COLUMBUS, OHIO - A season opening split saw the Defiance College Yellow Jacket volleyball program fall to Otterbein before defeating Lawrence in the Pam Briggs Capital Classic Friday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets fell 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-12) in the opening contest before rebounding with a sweep of their own at 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-18).
