2012 at Defiance: Took part in 10 events over the course of the indoor and outdoor seasons … Finished fourth-place in the 10,000-meter run and seventh in the 5,000-meter run at the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.

2011 at Defiance: Recorded the Defiance College indoor record as a member of the distance-medley relay team that ran a 10:41.18 at the All-Ohio Championships on February 12 … Also notched the top one-mile run time during the indoor season with a mark of 4:29.06 … Collected indoor All-Ohio honors.

2010 at Defiance: Set the then DC indoor record in the one-mile run (4:27.18) and the 3,000-meters (9:06.31) … Also ran on the distance-medley relay team that posted the then best mark in school history with a time of 10:44.95 … Earned All-Ohio honors and was named HCAC Preseason Athlete to Watch for the outdoor season … Clocked in the fastest time in DC outdoor track history in the 4x800-meters with a mark of 8:08.37 on April 24.
